Your support and contributions make it possible for me to purchase basketball shoes for middle school Title 1 programs. Our goal is to ensure each girl can play the game with INCLUSION, DIGNITY and PLAY by minimizing the risk of injury. Help me pay it 4WARD! Thank you for taking the time and visiting our website.
About Me
ABOUT 4WARD
Nonprofit fundraiser established by Rian Forestier who is a member of the USC Women's basketball team. Rian graduated from SA Brandeis HS and played AAU with SA Finest. Rian recognizes not all athletes have the money to purchase the proper equipment (shoes) to play the game of basketball. If these female athletes cannot afford the shoes, many times, they will opt out of participating or trying out as a result.
4WARD Allows female athletes to be able to play basketball in the proper shoes which will minimize injury, raise self-esteem and inspire girls to continue playing the game.
4 is Rian’s jersey number and FORWARD is a way for Rian to give back to her community, help provide female student athletes a sense of inclusion, dignity so they will want to continue to play the game for years to come.
ABOUT RIAN
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Rian is a product of NISD and attended Bob Beard Elem, Hector Garcia Middle School, Brandeis HS, and is a Freshman at USC. Rian was a 4-year starter and Captain on the girl's Brandeis varsity team and an SA Finest alum. She is currently a student at USC and is also a member of their Women's Basketball Program.
